The Space:

The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a practical layout. When entering, you step directly into the fully equipped kitchen, which includes all essential utensils.



Right next to it is the bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, and a washing machine – ideal for longer stays.



From the kitchen, the path leads into the spacious living and sleeping area. Here you’ll find one of the three king-size beds, as well as a large Smart TV that can be comfortably viewed from both the bed and the dining table. The room is bright, calm, and offers plenty of space to relax.



A hallway connects to two additional bedrooms, each furnished with a large, comfortable king-size bed that face the courtyard. Both rooms offer privacy and a quiet atmosphere.



Public transport connections are excellent: the subway can be reached in about a 10-minute walk, while tram and bus stops are even closer. This makes it easy to reach Vienna’s city center in around 25 minutes. A Billa supermarket is just a 2-minute walk away and provides everything needed for daily essentials.
