A acomodação foi ótima, localização boa, perto do metro. A limpeza estava ok. Porém o sinal de wi-fi não existia, pelo menos no nosso quarto(02), Reclamei na recepção, mas não resolveu, acho que nem deveriam colocar que tem internet. Acho que precisam melhorar colocando mais roteadores próximo aos quartos.

Great Apartment, clean and spacious.

We received an email the night before our stay with details on how to book in (so make sure you have access to your emails whilst you are on holiday). Very easy to check in. Room was massive! clean and spacious. Ironing board, iron and hair-dryer included. Kitchen didn't have much facilities like cups, cutlery and pans so make sure if you are planning on using it to bring your own. Around a 20-30 minute walk to Vienna's main tourist attractions. Just remember that all food shops close around 8pm if you plan on cooking. Lidl is around the corner. I would stay here again. p.s - also included a washing machine!

Lage ist gut, allerdings ist die Ausstattung mangelhaft. Betten sind schlecht, die Räume sind feucht und riechen muffig. Dort fahren wir nicht mehr hin. Ansonsten ist Wien eine tolle Stadt.

Qualidade preço razoável!

Qualidade preço razoável. Na banca da cozinha não era muito funcional deviam alterar o microondas para cima ( visto haver armários a mais nos armários superiores ) para libertará a banca para se poder funcionar com a torradeira,cheleira e o microondas. pois os pequenos-almoços eram um pouco confusos. Também falta de fichas eléctricas em sitio importantes nas divisões. requer uma atenção ao mobiliário nada de grave mas tendo em conta as 3 estrelas dos apartamentos. A limpeza necessita mais um pouco de atenção na loiça. Um pouco longe mas com bons transportes e rápidos.

Nice apartment. Parking is a headache.

We had the 2 bedroom apartment which was very large. Heat and hot water was great. The kitchen facilities are not amazing. Pretty basic.

No soap or personal hygiene stuff is provided. If you arrive after 8pm there is no nearby store to get those. The apartment is spacious, relatively clean, and conveniently located. There is no nearby parking expect for night parking on the street. The self check in was smooth. Towels and linens are provided. Can accommodate up to four people.

6/10 with some stuff that need to be improved.

Taking in consideration everything i would rate as a 6/10 since there's some stuff that need to be improved. Internet doesn't work at all, the appartment was only superficially cleaned ( dirt on some of the furnitures) and the bathroom was full of other people hair.

La réceptionniste envoie sur simple appel un code qui permet d accéder à l appart quelque que soit l heure.l faudrait le préciser clairement sur le site..Lappart est impeccable spacieux très bien équipé..la vaisselle est calculée au plus juste(4assietes 4verres..) le quartier est calme mais commerçant et très bien desservi en transports en commun.. ACCEUIL Très SyMPA, et possibilité de laisser les bagages en consigne le dernier jour..

Vienna in famiglia

La reception è aperta solo poche ore al giorno, per il resto si comunica tramite whatsapp, il servizio non troppo cortese, le risposte arrivavano con ritardo. La zona è molto tranquilla,residenziale supermerca dietro l'angolo , qualche bar e una locanda a 100m. L'appartamento è spazioso ma a mio avviso non troppo caldo (eccetto il bagno) . Piacevole la radio e la doccia con idromassaggio e musica. Abbiamo rilavato le stoviglie della cucina perchè non erano pulitissime ma questo probabilmente è dovuto agli ospiti . Nel complesso buon rapporto qualità prezzo per una famiglia.

The woman at the reception is very friendly and ready to help. The building is very nice and there are two tram stations very near. The apartment is comfortable and quite new.

Great location, high value for the price.

Very nice location with easy access to the city. The neighborhood is quiet but easy shopping ( a variety of shops) is 2 minutes walk away. The staff is very responsive and very friendly. Equipped kitchen, laundry machine and all other appliances are available. Perfect for a completely self-sufficient stay.

Nous avons apprécié ce grand appartement bien relié au centre de Vienne, d'un bon rapport qualité/prix. Par contre, l'équipement n'était pas suffisant pour pouvoir prendre les repas de manière satisfaisante : table pour 4 personnes dans un appartement pour 8 personnes, seulement 4 verres "normaux" (nous étions obligés de boire de l'eau dans des flûtes), panier du lave-vaisselle avec une roulette cassée.
