The actual accomodations are fine, but there is not an actual kitchenette (no stove just microwave) and the washer is one machine in the basement that the whole building has to share. False advertising! My room also smelled heavily like cigarette smoke until I aired it out and the smell gave me a migraine. Any customer service is non-existent, the AI bot told me I could check in early (I really needed to since I'd been traveling all night) and when I got there I found out I couldn't actually check in until 3. I asked multiple times to speak to a real person only to be told " someone will reach out shortly". Over 3 days I've yet to speak to anyone. The building treats all the guests like prisoners. Every single door is locked and can only be accessed by a room key. The AI bot told me I could wait in the lobby before checking in, guess what, it was locked. Every two feet there's a sign saying we're under surveillance since there are no actual people working here except the cleaning staff. I only received my checkin instructions the day AFTER my actual check-in date. I had to figure it out beforehand with ZERO help.
