The people at the reception desk and the ones helping with the breakfast service are outstanding. They are cheerfully helpful and very accommodating. The room was clean and the free all day long cake in the lounge is a nice touch. I would say everything was great, including the hotel location.

Located steps from the Naschmarkt and only two metro stops from Stephansplatz, the location is perfect! The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my family of four was oriented. Rooms were comfortable and there is a nice garden to relax or enjoy a beverage after your day exploring Vienna.

The hotel was great in all respects. Rooms was great and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. The hotel is in a great location which made getting around Vienna very easy. Will definitely stay there when I return to Vienna.

Checked into a very nice room. Then at about 22:00 the lights/ac started to flicker on and off over the next 30 minutes, then off totally. Front staff tried to help by swapping cards at entry. Wouldn’t work. Offered to change rooms. The outside wall where the tv is had power. Was able to plug in cpap machine and phones. Next morning maintenance came in and replaced the card reader. Worked great until 20:00, lights out. Hotel upgraded our room to a suite. Very nice after that. Staff was friendly and helpful but these kinds of problems can’t be anticipated. A pain for us but couldn’t expect anything more from staff

The property is well maintained, the room was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is close to public transport options so getting to and from the city center was a breeze. If you have mobility issues and/or use a wheelchair it may be a bit challenging As there are some steps, and some ramps, when available, are terribly steep. Overall, I would stay again.

This hotel is in a wonderful residential area with numerous pubs and bistros. Also, tou can wolk to centre of Vienna and enjoy all landmarks and tourist attractions. Excellent!

Fine days in Vienna

Very nice and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet good but too small for all the people during rush hour. Room (502) a bit to the small side. Nice garden for evening drinks. All in all a fine stay.

Starting with the right foot everyday!

It was an amazing experience to be greeted so warmly by all the staff when you arrive. In the morning, the first thing we heard was a Good Morning so enthusiastic, that made our day.

This location is easily walkable from the city centre or you can find an U-bahn and bus services very near by. It is quiet in the evenings, but there are many coffee houses and restaurants just a few minutes on foot, that open late. This boutique style hotel is modern, my room that overlooked the street was extremely quiet at night. The hotel has truly friendly and helpful staff. I plan to return.
