Delightful Stay

I had a delightful stay at Hotel Allegro in Vienna. The staff was incredibly friendly, and despite the hotel being a bit away from the city center, it's conveniently close to public transportation like the metro and tramway. Highly recommended!

A great place one block from train subway connections and a 35 minute walk to the Museum Touristic Areas / Some rooms have kitchenettes and the supermarket is two short blocks away / cafes... fast food BusFlix has a stop three blocks Away to Graz Uber works very well and many buses

I liked that hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn't like that the room was hot and we could not adjust the temperature on the radiator. When we opened the window, it was very noisy.

When we checked in, staff was extremely professional and nice. Room was spacious. Extremely close to the train station which made our trip super convenient! Only area of opportunity was cleanliness a bit, for couch - one of the arms was broken, and when I sat on it felt like it has not been cleaned a while. It may not be the case and it’s entirely possible that it was just a super old couch. in the room they did provide Fan! But we had to open windows all night as it was extremely hot, and with the windows open it got a little loud because of the trains. If you are a light sleeper or run warmer, something to think about. I am not a light sleeper so I was fine with that.

Lovely place to stay, whilst away from the city centre it was only a 10 minute tram ride to get there to where most of the tourist attractions are, or if you like to walk it was 40 minutes. There were some good bars and cafes near by (about a 10 minute walk) which were great for relaxing

The girl on the reception desk was very friendly and helpful, Room was basic, but comfortable and had everything I needed. Breakfast was disappointing on my last day there, very limited choice. Hotel was not in the most interesting area of the town, and extensive roadworks outside didn't help. However, the hotel is opposite a main station with easy connections to the hauptbahnhof and city centre. So it is a convenient place to stay.

Great transport links to city centre airport etc. The room (“deluxe double “)was described as having a king size bed and a bathtub, instead had two single beds together and a shower. The reception and main entrance closes at 10PM and after that you tap your room key to get in, unfortunately for us the first night of our stay the key didn’t work and we had to call a number and wait for somebody to come and let us in… Overall it was an “ok” experience.
