Great location, close to Stephansplatz and also the metro station. Comfortable, but rooms / beds not huge, even the Privilege double room. Breakfast had a fairly good range of choices. Staff largely helpful.

Friendly helpful staff in city centre hotel which is in walking distance for many sights and eateries. It is close to tram and underground stations as well as agood range of shops. A nice place for a city break.

Die Unterkunft ist perfekt gelegen (zentraler geht es wohl kaum). Das Team war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind an sich sauber, die Betten bequem. Die Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen (NICHT schlecht, aber sie hat schon bessere Tage gesehen). Vor der Anreise mit dem Auto unbedingt die Parkplatz Situation beachten. Das Hotel hat Sondertarife im nahegelegenen Parkhaus, allerdings sollte man vorher klären wie man da hin kommt, denn rund um das Hotel gibt es entweder nur Halteverbote oder Anwohner-Parken (mal eben Ausladen und nach dem Parkhaus fragen kann "riskant" werden).

Perfect location in the centre of Vienna. 5 minute walk from St Stephen’s Cathedral and surrounded by so many different options for dining, drinking and shopping. Public transport was easily accessible as well. Hotel was immaculately clean and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

Well furnished room in modern style. Easy check-in with friendly and helpful staff. Great location very close to lots of dining options and short walk to all the main tourist sites. The only quibble is the price of breakfasts - 26 euros per person seems very steep. We made alternative arrangements.
