We had a great stay at the hotel. The room was big and comfortable, the staff was nice and the neighborhood was cool with lots of things to do and places to go out and to eat!

The location was good, the staff was friendly but we only saw them once. The room was comfortable, thank you.
The hotel was charming and with great location- 20 minutes walk to the historical center and museums. (The only uncomfortable things in the room was the pillow). Additionally, there were few grocery stores and plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood.

The towels were clean. The bed linens did not feel fresh. The location is good. Friendly n helpful staff.
For the price and the location this place was excellent. It was a 20 min walk or 10 min tram ride to the city center.
The walls in the hallways do show their age and could use a refresh, but the room walls are far cleaner. Checking was a self service checking which went very smooth. Towels were replaced daily if needed and staff was fairly quick to respond on WhatsApp (though it spends most of its time unstaffed). There is no ac in this building but there were fans provided. I was there in early June, but the temperature never got over 24C while I was there so this was not an issue.
There are toiletries supplied (to include shower soap) and the bathrooms were clean.
There is no breakfast provided, but numerous bakeries and breakfast cafes that you can eat for 10 euro or less. If i ever go to vienna again, I would consider staying here again if my financial situation has not changed! Overall, Great stay.
There was about a 20-30 minute walk into the main attractions of Vienna but that evens out with their affordability. A nice place for the price, rooms were bigger than I thought they would be! You don’t really see the staff and you get all your check in, WiFi, and check out info through WhatsApp instead of email or in person because no one is really there at the desk full time. But it’s really nice if you have late night check in’s!
Noise at the night time. Otherwise it is a good location.

Great location, very affordable!
Tram stop right in front, underground also walkable.
Yes, it’s a bit noisy (tram, church, restaurants), but quiet at night (11 pm–5 am).
Room has private toilet and shower, plus towels, bedding, and soap.
Cheaper than hostels. Simple, clean, and great value.
We’ll come again!
Tram stop right across the street for easy access to all attractions. Many restaurants up and down the street, one right next door. Room was clean and extremely spacious with a small fridge available, just remember to plug it in. Mine was a bit noisy, but certainly served it's purpose. Staff, when available, were very helpful, with maps, directions, recommendations, etc. Unfortunately, front desk is not manned at all times. I would stay here again!
The room size was ideal for one person. There was a refrigerator and a fan in the room. The receptionist was very polite and helpful. The room was quiet and peaceful for resting. The location was incredibly good. While the tram passes in front of the hotel, it was 10 minutes away from the metro line and very close to the main street with shopping stores. It was a nice holiday, thank you.
I had a very pleasant stay in a clean and comfortable room with a lovely view of one of Vienna's beautiful buildings. Upon arrival, I urgently needed to find a pharmacy, but most were closed. Hudeifa went above and beyond to assist me—he not only helped locate a night pharmacy but also accompanied me there and communicated in German to ensure I got the correct medication. Thanks to his help, I was able to enjoy the rest of my trip without worry.
I also arrived quite late in Vienna, but Hudeifa kindly stayed to help me bring my luggage upstairs. His dedication and kindness truly made a difference. I would highly recommend this hotel for the amazing service they provide.

Pros:
- Surprisingly decent hotel stay with basic amenities. The beds are comfortable and the windows are decent in sound-proofing. There is some noise from the streets, but after 11pm, it gets significantly quieter. You do hear all the interior hotel noises like someone closing the door or walking through the hallways.
- There's a mini fridge and hair dryer which came in handy.
- There's no AC, so you'll have to open the windows.
- It's also very conveniently located to the city center since you have access to a tram downstairs.
Cons: In the morning, the bathroom and shower room has a foul smell seeping through the vents, and it doesn't go away. You basically have to close the doors to keep the smell contained. It smells like sewage, and turning on the vent doesn't make it go away. Carpets are stained and a little dirty. I would bring a pair of indoor slippers. Rarely would you see anyone at the front-desk, it's very self serve to check in and check out.
Very clean room in a perfect location a short team trip away from everything you need. Responsive host and clear instructions on how to check in. Would definitely stay again
