I arrived at the hotel by 9:30am after my flight from Canada. I fully expected tomorrow store my luggage and be off to visit Vienna. It was an awesome bonus that my room was ready and they allowed me to fully check in and go to my room. That was amazing after a long flight! My little room was perfect, the breakfast was great, staff was helpful and it was central to lots of shops, restaurants etc. I absolutely would stay here again and would recommend.

Hotel is ok. The location is good though. Staff members could be a bit friendlier. We had a basic room just for two nights, bed are comfortable but otherwise there isn't much room or any decor in the room. We didn't spend much time in the hotel so the basic room was fine.
