The room was clean and nice and the staff was friendly. Our two issues was that there was no mini-fridge, and that the heating was very weak. When we arrived the room was cold and took a long time to heat. When we left and got back it was cold again.

This hotel is near a grocery store and a few restaurants and as well as a metro station, which was convenient. The rooms and bathroom are a bit on the smaller side but it was fine for two people.Breakfaat was good.

good location to the metro for getting around vienna, room was good enough had the basics although had to acquire another duvet since ours was too small for the bed no safe in the room staff made the bed daily but dint do anything else further than that and emptying the one small bin in the bathroom decent stay but nothing exceptional

I enjoyed 2-nights stay. The staff(s) were friendly and helpful, the room was nice, and the location was convenient for travelers. The only problem was that two or three young locals were talking loudly behind the hotel at 1am.

Nice stay overall

The hotel room was comfortable, however they could have had better curtains, and there was no kettle provided in the room to make tea and coffee. Small comfortable room. With a TV and the bathroom. The breakfast was also expensive.

Clean, comfortable budget style hotel. One thing to mention the reception staff mentioned the airport transfer cost €45 but we were charged €55 at drop off unfortunately. Something to query if asking.

Stay at Ibis hotel Wien Messe

The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. The hotel was very close to the train station which was very useful (red line Vorgartenstaße). The room was big and clean as was the bathroom. The breakfast was really tasty and with good partions. A big thank you to the hotel staff for preparing a lunchbox for my very early departure.

Simple hotel, close to public transport & a short ride to the main attractions. Good place to sleep & provides the basics without a lot of frills. The breakfast buffet is a bit overpriced for what you get. Note this is not close to many food options so plan ahead as the bar snacks are not great quality. The staff is super accommodating and friendly & the hotel is located in a safe area. TLDR: great value for price

Comfortable and affordable hotel conveniently located near the Messe Wien conference center and a number of restaurants and attractions. The buffet-style breakfast had all the essentials, plus a selection of very good breads and pastries. Cleanliness in the room itself could be improved in a few small ways - for instance, there was some staining on the tile grout in the shower - but nothing major.

Considering the cost, good hotel to use. Please mind that there is no refrigerator in the room. But air conditioner is installed. Bar in the first floor is open until 23:30. You can eat a pizza and drink beer. It was useful.

Not up to ibis standards

Expected a lot more modern hotel by ibis standards. It is right next to the ibis budget hotel and I do wonder if this is considered the standard ibis hotel, just how budget the budget hotel must be. I can’t complain at the service or the cleanliness of the hotel and it is in a good location. Bed was comfortable. If you can get the hotel for a cheap rate then fantastic but it is in dire need of a refresh. They would benefit massively if they spent the money to redecorate the rooms and the hallways.
