Spacious, clean, excellent value. Expedia doesn't sent them the email which caused issue for check-in. This caused a bit of stress and seems like an easily avoidable problem (use Expedia messages or something). On-site staff was very helpful solving the problem, very good overall.

It was a very good experience and wonderful stay. The Tram is just front of the apartment. The Train station is about 10 to 15 minutes by tram and subway. The shops are close.

Brilliant stay

Had a brilliant stay here in these apartments. Location is really good, with the tramstop into Vienna just down the road and there are two supermarkets nearby aswell. Everything in the apartment was great and worked fine and just what we needed for a week trip. Really appreciated the fans as the weather was so hot. Would definitely come back again for any future trips to Vienna!

Its location to the centre of Vienna was a plus along with transport links ifbyou didn't want to walk. Nice size room, with all kitchen essentials. Great advantage was the washer dryer and luggage storage. The communication via emails with management was spot on.

We stayed at Jimmys apartments for 7 nights with our 1 year old and 5 year old it was very convenient being able to cook inside the apartment instead off going out to restaurants we were also on a budget so this helped the apartment was very clean and comfortable the location is around 20 minutes walk into the centre of town but there are tram stations outside the apartment also supermarkets and coffee shops just outside the apartment. We would definitely stay again

Great stay at Jimmy’s!!

Jimmy’s was a great stay! Very happy with our apartment. Definitely our best stay during our Central Europe trip. Check in was very easy having the code is super nice. The unit was new and accommodating. Location was good, not the best but with bus/train it’s easy to get around.

Everything was great except for the check in. We were supposed to get the key codes by morning and it was already check in time and we didn’t had received them. We wrote previously several times and never got an answer. Thank god we went to the building and Jessie was there, so he helped us get the codes. We was very nice and friendly.

The property was in very good clean condition. The communication was excellent, responded to email even late night. There was a left luggage facility as well. There was construction work across the street, hence the three stars . But the location is very convenient. Highly recommend

This was a wonderful little gem and we were sad to leave it. A cosy little apartment, which was a great base in a safe and convenient area. Accessible to several grocery shops including Lidl, amazing bakeries, a wonderful coffee shop/ delectable pizza bistro downstairs, walkable distance to Belvedere palace and copious other beautiful sights or a few yards away from the tram. The apartment itself was compact, modern but had everything you may need in the kitchen and bathroom and ergonomic storage facilities. There was good communication and easy but effective access to the apartment block and room. We would definitely recommend Jimmy’s.

Lovely property, comfy beds, great shower. Coffee machine, hob and microwave. Big fridge, dishwasher. No air con but fan provided in the apartment. Easy code access but the codes are only given on the day. Would definitely stay here again. Only 5 tram stops to get to the city centre. Always felt safe. Really nice pizza restaurants underneath apartments.

Great Vienna apartment

Jimmy's Emerald apartment was perfect for our stay. It was modern, clean, the bed was super-comfy, the kitchen had everything you might need, and it was lovely not to have to worry about keys (key codes were sent on the day of arrival). We didn't use the shared residents lounge. The location was between 2 subway stops - perfect for getting around Vienna. It was also less than a 30-minute walk to the centre. Spar and Billa supermarkets within a few minutes walk. Fully recommend!

It is a great place, very clean, spacious, and having a small ice kitchen (although I have to didnot use it). The only thing is that I did not know that I must contact the hotel after my booking with Expedia. I was almost locked outside hotel late at night. Fortunately, I was was able to call the hotel and get the help. The receptionist was very nice and helpful.

The apartment was fine and the location was good. However, Vienna was very hot and so was the apartment. With no air conditioning to cool the room, It was extremely difficult to sleep. And, if you opened the window, the noise from the restaurant/bar below, along with the traffic and trams, it would then be very noisy and still hot. Additionally, the lift kept getting stuck on different floors and the only way to release it was to walk up/down the stairs to where the lift was and give the door a good shake to let it close. A pity, because the apartment itself is actually quite nice, just don't stay there in summer.

Nice place and location, poor management.

Easy to find, clean, quiet, big apartment. A nice place to stay that even has a shared area where you can meet others. Unfortunately let down by poor communication - no code to check in was provided until many hours after I asked for it, luckily I was arriving in the evening. The cleaner also decided to make a start an hour before check out time while I was out even though all my stuff was very obviously still inside, I came back to an open door for anyone to walk into... Not acceptable, I'm sure it's not the normal experience though.
