I know why Rick Steves recommends

Tina was very friendly and provided information on places to go. The room was clean and quiet and very close to the metro, shopping and Cafe Ritter and had a private bath. She was available when ever we needed something and for a very reasonable price did our laundry. Highly recommend.

Diese Pension hat nur wenige Zimmer. Sie liegt im Erdgeschoss eines traditionellen Stadtgebäudes. Zur U-Bahn (3 Stationen zum Stephansdom) und zur größten Fußgängerzone Wiens sind es nur eine Minute. Mein Zimmer war groß und sauber, nicht gerade modern, aber praktisch eingerichtet. Es gab einen Wasserkocher sowie Kaffee und Tee. Ein Kühlschrank stand im Flur. Anreise ging schon ab 12h und beim Auschechecken konnte ich mein Gepäck noch bis zum Nachmittag dort stehenlassen. Es gibt keine ständig besetzte Pension, aber die Chefin war oft vor Ort und war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Frühstück gab es keins, aber es gibt in der Umgebung zahlreiche Supermärkte, Cafés etc. Für Wien fand ich das Zimmer ziemlich günstig.

Otelin konumu her yere yakın, metro hemen yanı başında, bulunduğu bölgedeki tüm alışveriş merkezi yakında, çok sessiz bir sokakta, rahatça uyuyabilirsiniz, İnternet çok iyi, hızlı bizim gittiğimizde hava serin idi, klimanın kumandasını bulamadım, belki güvenlik nedeniyle kaldırdılar, ama ikinci bir yastık istedim hemen geldi, bayan Tina ile ayrıldığımız gün tanıştık, ondan önce oradaki elemanları yardımcı oldu, bize harita üzerinde tüm çevreyi anlattı, zaten çok basit bir metro ağı var, hemen çözüyorsunuz. Bir şey tuhafima gitti, oda ücretini nakit istedi ve kart kabul etmiyorum dedi, bu zamanda bu garip, kimse o kadar parayı üstüne almak istemez, bunu düşünün öyle karar verin.

The woman we checked in with was amazing. She was sweet and helped show us around the city and the best things to see for the one day we are there. She gave a brief and informative preview of the city which helped my friend and I a lot because we didn't know what we wanted to do.

Pay attention to check in details - it is a short period between noon and 2 pm. My check in, however, was wonderful. Not only did she accommodate a late check in, she assisted me in finding the parking ramp as Vienna streets are very complicated.
