Recommended for those who want to cook at home

Our stay was ok. We had some problems with the check in because they didn't answer to the phone and to our emails, but they were at the apartment to give us the keys, thus this was fine. Our apartment (Do) was clean and enjoyable, the position is excellent. There was also a washing machine that washed clothes very fast.

친절하고 정감가는 숙소

주변에 도착해서 호스트에게 전화했더니 친절하게 나와서 맡아주었습니다. 친절하게 이용수칙을 설명해주었고 빈방문이 처음이라고 하니 간략히 여행코스도 설명해 주었습니다. 반갑게 인사해 주었고 숙소 또한 아담하고 안락했습니다. 주변에 마트도 많이있고 교통도 나름편리하였습니다.

Property is older and everything in it is old, but Roland Kaiser greeted us and kept great communication before and during our stay. Location isn't great but we don't mind walking 5+ miles per day. Safe location near eateries and somewhat close to metro. We would stay here again.

geräumiges Apartment in Nähe der Altstadt

Wir haben das sehr Zentral liegende Apartment genommen, weil wir die meisten Wege zu Fuß erledigen wollten. Dafür ist die Unterkunft echt super. Der Ansprechpartner war bei der Begrüßung sehr freundlich und auch sehr Hilfsbereit bei Tipps bezüglich Wien. Ansonsten waren das schon fast die positiven Dinge der Unterkunft. Leider sind wir von dem Komfort und der Sauberkeit sehr enttäuscht worden. Trotz zu erbringender Reinigungskosten, waren Dusche und Geschirr sehr dreckig und das Bett knarzte bei jeder Bewegung. Die Heizung war permanent auf der höchsten Stufe, da die Thermostate fehlten. Dadurch wurde um die Raumtemperatur erträglich zu machen, die meiste Zeit die Umwelt beheizt. Wien selbst ist eine sehr zu empfehlene Stadt. Wunderschön und das U-Bahn Netz ist sehr gut ausgebaut.

Appartments in der Nähe zum Stadtzentrum

Die Appartaments befinden sich in der Nähe zu U-Bahn Haltestelle(U-4), es gibt mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, man kann zu Fuß in die Stadt laufen. Appartment befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, an einer Strasse ohne Verkehr. Schlichte Einrichtung, wobei uns an nichts fehlte. Appartment selbst ist renovierungsbedürftig, auch muss mehr Wert auf Reinigung gelegt werden(dickes Staub unter den Betten) und das obwohl für Endreinigung extra kassiert wird. Herr Kaiser ist sehr hilfsbereit, hat für uns extra ein Kocher gekauft. Dafür vielen Dank. Es ist zu warm in der Wohnung, Heizung wird nicht reguliert, einzige Möglichkeit-Fenster aufmachen, was nicht so umweltfreundlich ist, dazu im EG möchte man nicht sein privates Leben offenlegen:)

Bon séjour dans une chambre spacieuse avec coin cuisine et nécessaire de toilette. A qqls pas du métro U4 et de restaurants. Très calme et reposant, hôte accueillant et disponible si besoins.

Bruyant et sale

L’appartement est situé dans un immeuble vétuste à 5 minutes à pied de la station de metro Fridensbrucke soit 10 minutes du centre ville et proche de ligne de tramway D et 5. 2 supermarchés sont proches. L’appartement comportait un grand lit confortable. Ce sont les points positifs. Les points négatifs sont les suivants : Les couverts et la bouilloire étaient sales, de même le bouchon de la douche était plein de crasse. Sous le lit il y a une épaisse couche de poussière, c’est répugnant.Pourtant des frais de 22€ de ménage sont demandés… Cette appartement est très bruyant : Bruit du ballon d’eau chaude en permanence Bruit du lave-linge situé contre le mur de la piéce qui juste a coté de la chambre. Bruit des voisins, car les murs laissent passer les bruits. Bruit du réfrigérateur .Bruit véhicules le matin. TV minuscule, pas de chaine françaises ou anglaise. Cuisine sans four micro-onde et sans casseroles. salle de bain froide car la fenêtre de cette pièce est bloqué ouverte. Problèmes avec le WIFI, il n’a pas fonctionné. En conclusion nous ne recommandons pas cet appartement.

Lähellä metroasemaa, joten hyvät kulkuyhteydet. Lähistöllä myös juna-asema sekä raitiovaunupysäkki. Kauppoja ja ravintoloita löytyy myös lähistöltä. Vanha kerrostalo, joten yläkerrasta kuului välillä ääniä, muttei häiritsevästi. Parketti kupruili hieman jossain kohti. Kylppärissä suihku-kylpyamme yhdistelmä. Keittiössä Paisto ja keittovälineet, mikro, jääkaappi, kahvin ja -vedenkeitin sekä astianpesukone. Käytävällä oli yhteinen pyykinpesukone. Makuuhuoneessa perusmukava sänky, huonot tyynyt. Erittäin hyvä hinta/laatusuhde.

Schöne Tage in Wien!

Sechs Tage haben wir in Wien verbracht und sehr viel Pracht gesehen! Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln haben wir uns wunderbar durch die Stadt bewegen können. Das Hotel war sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen.Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es genügend rund um die Unterkunft! Alles in allem waren es schöne Tage!

Very old mattress, pillows, sheets and towels

I stayed two nights in the one-bedroom apartment. Alas, the mattress was skeletal, lumpy and uncomfortable, pillows were minuscule and one pillowcase had an old stain. The towels in the bathroom smelled stale. The shower door was difficult to close. It's a good location, and everything else in the apartment worked fine--but the bed and the towels are all-important. I would not recommend staying here.

Great central position and helpful host

We were a group of 3 travelers meeting in Vienna: one arriving at 8 am and Roland the host was good enough to let her in early to the apartment. We booked 2 apartments next to each other which was perfect: the apartments were bright and well furnished. Roland also provided tourist information and fixed a few minor problems with no hassles. So close to tram and train into the city centre, but also easy walking distance makes these apartments perfect for a short stay.

Apartement mit kleiner Küche in super Lage

Mein Lebensgefährte und ich waren in dem kleinen Apartement zur Hofseite und wir waren super zufrieden! Die Lage ist super, denn man ist mit den öffentlichen Vekehrsmitteln (U-Bahn) sehr schnell im Zentrum bzw. wir sind es auch ein paar mal gelaufen (ca. 25 min). Das Apartment hat eine kleine Kochnische, so dass man sich teures Essen gehen sparen kann und auch zum Frühstücken dort bleiben kann; Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es unzählige in Fußweite! Das Bad ist relativ neu und sauber; das Bett war auch total in Ordnung.

Good apartments

It was simple but cozy apartments with all we need for staying. Clean room, with good wifi. Reasonable price. It is not situated in the center, but we walked with pleasure - it took 20 minutes. Also metro is close to apartments. It was nice trip to Vienna.
