Wonderful old world hotel.

The Savoy is a wonderful place to stay in downtown Vienna. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The hotel has old world charm and modern conveniences. The breakfast was wonderful. It is in a walkable neighborhood with plenty of places to eat and shop. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Had a wonderful stay at the Savoy. Very courteous and helpful staff (Anita was so helpful and nice), and a lovely breakfast. It is located in a wonderful area with lots of unique shops and restaurants (Spittelburg area) and about a 15 minute walk to most of the main attractions. Would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to friends.

Good place, but over priced and a little outdated.

Good hotel, but over priced. Room was spacious. Very good location, being close to a metro and tram stop. Staff were able to organise an early breakfast which was nice. Some staff were kind, but some were not. Outdated decor and furniture. No lift to get to the first level, only a lift after getting there. Controlling the shower temperature was very very hard, something was wrong with it. There were no power points next to the bed.

Etablissement plutôt vétuste; décoration ancienne. Les chambres auraient besoin d'être modernisées. Petit déjeuner peu varié. Du côté positif, les chambres sont grandes, toilettes et salle de bain séparées. Très bien au niveau du wifi.

Not handicapped friendly.

No easy entrance to hotel for handicapped seniors. No walk in showers only large tubs with broken shower heads that don’t drain. Beds are very low to the ground and difficult to get in and out of for those with mobility issues. Again, not handicapped friendly. Decor definitely showing signs of age.

Nice, big room but loud mornings

A got to stay in a really big room, probably bigger than my former student apartment, and it was quite comfortable. But the hotel is not very accesible for people with disabilities or carrying extra weight. The reception is two stairs up without an elevator, and the elevator leading to the rooms is tiny (I, being plussized, could barely fit with a suitcase and a backpack). Also the bed is very low so it could be hard for people to get out of. My biggest issue was the area though. It's central enough, which is nice, but opposite the street that my room was on there was a delivery area for the shopping mall, so there was a bit of noice in the morning when delivery trucks arrived. There was also construction going on so that noice was another thing that really woke me up quite early in the mornings, which was not fun. Some complementary ear plugs would have been nice, or att least a heads up so one could have brought some from home.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Das Personal zuvorkommend, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind blitzsauber und besitzen -wie das ganze Hotel- Wiener Charme. Vergleichsweise günstiger Parkplatz im Haus. Für uns war es perfekt. Wir kommen wieder einmal!

Sehr zentral gelegen. Stadtmitte gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zimmer zum Hof war einmalig ruhig. Bad sehr funktional und hell. Sehr sauber. Betten einwandfrei. Fußboden etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Insgesamt sehr praktisch und hübsch eingerichtet. Frühstück ist gut und von allem etwas im Angebot. Der Frühstücksraum sehr eng. Das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

広めの部屋を用意いただけて、内装もアンティークな趣でとても快適に過ごすことができました。セーフティボックスの使い方なども、よく分からないと伝えたらすぐに駆けつけてくださったりと、スタッフの皆さん、いろいろと親切に対応してくださって助かりました。 朝食はコールドミールが主体でシンプルですが、朝からガッツリ食べたい派では無かったので、ちょうど良かったです。 またホテルの場所はリンク外ではありますが、美術史博物館等が近く、最寄りの地下鉄の駅が1本通りを挟んだ所で、徒歩5分もかからずで大変便利で、主要観光所への移動がとても楽でした。 向かいのビルの地下には大型スーパーがあり、テイクアウトのフードコートもついており夕食やお土産、お酒の購入にかなり重宝しました。 高級ホテルのゴージャスさや快適さはありませんが、アットホームな雰囲気でマイペースに過ごしたい方にはとってもおススメです。

Stilvolles Innenstadthotel in ruhiger Seitenstraße in einem Nachkriegsbau in der Parallelstraße zur geschäftigen Mariahilfer Straße gelegen, Eingang im 1. ヨーロッパらしい造りの部屋

地下鉄U3が近いのでどこに出るにも便利だった。またリンク内にも徒歩ですぐ行けてしまいます。 今どきの冷たい感じの内装ではない、温かみが良かった。 古い感じだがシャワーなどの設備はちゃんとしており問題なし。ベッドもしっかりしていました。 女性の一人旅でも安心だと思います。

暖かいムードのレトロで落ち着くホテル

立地に関しては、スーパーや服など日常に密接した店舗が並ぶマリアヒルファー通りから一本入っていて安心感のあるエリアです。リンク外ですが徒歩でリンク内に行けます。治安もとても良く、夜に到着しても全く問題ありませんでした。西駅の近くよりここを選んで正解でした。 部屋には貴重品金庫や姿見、貸傘まであるウォークインクローゼットがあり、ここでスーツケースを広げて荷物をかけておけます。 トイレとバスルームは独立しています。12月でしたが館内はとても暖かく快適でした。 朝食もハムやチーズ、ヨーグルト、少々の野菜、ゆで卵があり過不足ありません。 24時間フロント対応あり、スタッフは親切です。レトロなムードが好きな私にとっては内装や設備のほどよい古めかしさがなつかしさを感じさせるとてもいいホテルでした。また泊まりたいです。

Loved this hotel and its friendly, welcoming staff. Brilliant location, only ten minutes walk to the main tourist attractions in Vienna. Excellent value. Would definitely stay there again.
