Everyone on the staff was incredibly helpful and eager to make our stay as easy and comfortable as possible. The mattress was very comfortable and the bedding luxurious. It's a perfect location to see all the wonderful sights in Vienna and walk through the old town to shops and restaurants. The restaurant is amazing and quite popular with locals out enjoying the sights and shopping.

Beautiful boutique hotel, kind, friendly staff- especially the bell hops! Room was spacious and meticulously clean. Brasserie was such an added plus with excellent meals. Location was absolutely perfect, close to everthing but somehow the Guesthouse felt like an escape from the busy streets. We both felt well looked after and would highly recommend for a stay in Vienna.

The Guesthouse Vienna is in a prime location and a great walking base for seeing the best sights in Vienna but also with great access to public transportation. Upon check-in, I loved that they gave me a brochure with helpful sightseeing tips as well as restaurant recommendations. The complimentary minibar was excellent and the Jura espresso machine icing on the cake. The mattress was very comfortable and I loved the window seat view. I wish there were an included breakfast but the restaurant was tasty and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

The hotel is in the perfect location to explore Vienna. Every major site is within walking distance. Our room (Deluxe Room with Opera View) was quite spacious, well appointed, and welcoming. I would happily stay here on my next trip to Vienna.

Helpful, friendly staff and manager, Manfred Stallmeyer, devoted to his beautiful hotel and it's running. Always a joy to stay here. Great location & wonderful restaurant on site. The location is superb, opposite the Albertina museum, a short walk from Staatsoper, Sacher... Theguesthouse Vienna really is 'home from home'

The hotel really good overall! It is a small hotel with an amazing location. The staff is great: very helpful, polite and they know what good service means. The rooms are good, spacious and have good amenities (except the TV which is small for a room like this). The bathrooms are also spacious and well designed. We were on a family had 4 rooms and all of them were great. We had a great time, thank you very much for taking good care of our family.
