Such a lovely and convenient place to stay! Highly recommend! Rooms are super clean, laundry is included, and the staff is very friendly. The location is perfect, with the tram right outside and lots of places within walking distance.

I’ve stayed at many different hotels but I must say that the stay at this hotel has been the most wonderful experience I ever had, the staff was super kind and helpful, hotel is perfectly located with transportation access right outdoors. It is very safe and it is unique with a lot to do and comes with amenities that more hotels should provide including the checkout time to 12pm without charging extra.

Near the train and tram station, with free laundry and dryer! Amazing check in staff and place with amenities like a game area, 24/7 gym, co-working space and more to explore! Had a fantastic time here in Vienna and cannot wait to return here soon :)

Rooms were a bit dated but the overall feel was great. Comfortable beds were very nice. Only note is that in the bathroom was a smell that seemed to come from the sewer piping which was unpleasant. A few light bulbs were missing in the track light but it was manageable. The staff was stellar with service!

Such a cool space for people of all ages. Appears dorm-like but it’s actually very classy and comfortable and the rooms are quiet. Good restaurant. Great staff. Great value.

The hotel is conveniently located right in front of tram stop. It was easy to get to main attractions in Vienna in 15-25 mins. The room was spacious and clean. Kids enjoyed the bunk bed. The checkin and check out were fully automated, which was great to see. Breakfast had ton of variety. The breakfast area would get crowded for the size Of the hotel.

Everything was beyond expectations it is a place for everyone, solo travellers of all ages, groups and families. It caters for everyone. The staff were always friendly probably among the best hotel staff I have encountered so fair play to you all because you made it as much the experience. Out of the city centre bit this is perfect it's in a safe and quiet area

Very modern hotel. Felt safe. Bunk beds in our room so the teenagers had their own bed. Having laundry in the basement was amazing. Very close to train and amusement park. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, space and staff members. The vibe is excellent and there are plenty of places to relax and work; whatever your aim for the stay. The only minor potential for improvement might be providing more loo roll when doing up the rooms. The rest was exemplary and I had a wonderful stay.
