Recommend Stay - Great Locatiom

Really comfortable room and bed. Fantastic amenities and personable, helpful staff. Restaurant food was delicious and at a good pricepoint. Would highly recommend and also will definitely stay again.

The location and the view it offers is stunning, especially as a theme parc fan. The breakfast could be included in the price as it is quite expensive

Another Zoku stay.

Having previously stayed at Zoku Amsterdam was initially disappointed by the distance from Vienna City but in fact the metro made it no problem at all. Once again very pleased with the whole Zoku experience including Hay Designer furnishings and the thoughtfulness of the small things paper/ pencils and other studio amenities in the Zoku studio which makes a longer stay so much more comfortable. Will look out for other Zoku residences and will definitely return to the brand.

I had an amazing stay at Zoku Vienna Hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the impeccable cleanliness throughout the property — everything felt fresh, spotless, and well-maintained. The breakfast was a real highlight: delicious, varied, and beautifully presented each morning. But what truly made my stay exceptional was the staff. Every team member I encountered was incredibly friendly, warm, and genuinely eager to help. They went out of their way to accommodate all my needs and made me feel completely at home. I can't recommend this hotel enough — it exceeded all my expectations!

Had no room service for 3 night stay but other than that, it was a good experience. Rooms are superbly designed and the rooftop lounge and roof terrace is beautiful. Friendly & helpful staff. Location perfect for Messe Wien, WU University & Prater.

Amazing stay! They had rooms available early and there was also an option to do late check out. The hotel was super accommodating for guests who travelled and booked because of Taylor Swift. They gave us a free drink and they had a DJ who played Taylor Swift. The breakfast was really good! The bed was also super comfortable.

My room was a stylish and unique loft that was relatively small but designed well to not be cramped. Checking in and out was easy, and the social/dining area of the hotel was welcoming with plenty of available, friendly and helpful staff.

The ethos of the hotel is excellent- the room and facilities great - but a real asset - in addition to the planning and preparation - was the attention to detail of the staff. All the staff were really helpful- Weronika stood out as being thoughtful and helped with dining suggestions/ logistics as well as helping with tourist suggestions .

My fourth stay in this unusual hotel. This service is simply amazing. I love the tiny room type apartments and some of the unusual things. Very healthy and high-quality food. There is a nice rooftop bar for smoking and a panoramic view over the city.

The staff were great, and the rooms were very comfortable and well set out with plenty of space and a useful small kitchen. There is a god gym and laundry (if you're only doing a single wash - talk to the staff as the Miele app takes a minimum 20 Euro top-up, and a wash is less that 5 Euro). The rooms were in good condition and cleaned twice a week, however, I found silverfish (Lepisma saccharina) running across the floor on 2 occasions - which I marked the review score down for

Highly Recommended!

Very nice place. Would definitely stay again. Perfect if you are going to Vienna for a convention. Next to the convention center and Prater park. Still not far at all from downtown. Nice 40 min walk or 10 min drive. The metro station is right there too. The place itself has everything. They have a room with big lockers and great shower in case you can’t check in early. Breakfast was worth it too.

Fun hotel for younger clientele. Lots of Noise and light come from the Prater. Very cool reception/dining/lounge situation. Fun amenities with art supplies and worthy reading in the room. Go all the way up to the seventh floor to check in. A little confusing upon arrival. Didn’t use the bikes, but they are ready to roll. Very cool option.

Honestly had a great time @ Zoku hotel, staff was amazing , helpful, approachable and polite. Made us feel comfortable. It was local to train station and everything was local with transport it’s easy to get around. Everything is walking distance. The park was amazing and so convenient felt good to have a nice empty park to go for a walk. The funfair wasn’t loud as the other reviews we read kind of threw us off this hotel but we loved the look of the hotel and read positive feedback mostly so we went ahead with it and booked it, I mean maybe due to the month we went the funfair was emptyish. Overall we had an amazing time at the hotel and Vienna!! We rented bikes from hotel cost us 38£ which I think this should be included in the hotel as nothing else is anyway I’d say that’s the only downside to it least the hotel can do is include the bikes honestly! However, overall fantastic stay with kind staff. I would recommend everyone this hotel apart from people with children as the bed lay out might be difficult with kids.

I was really excited about staying at Zoku, but regretfully it didn’t meet my expectations. What I liked: the staff - they were super friendly, responsive and accommodating. The Expedia agent screwed up a change that I had requested, but the manager at Zoku was very understanding and did not penalize for Expedia’s screw up. What I did not like: the vibe was too pumped up and busy. The 7th floor had too much going on (check-in desk, bar, restaurant, lounge area, etc.) and it often took some waiting to get the attention of staff. There were lots of inefficiencies - we got a room that still had someone else’s luggage in it, even though the system showed that the person had checked out. This is a big security lapse. Plus the room hadn’t been cleaned before it got assigned to us, which cause concern about hygiene and cleanliness. They don’t do room service. You need to go to the 7th floor, place an order and wait for the meal to prepared. Lastly, they don’t provide the basic necessities that other hotels give such as bottled water, body lotion, conditioner - you have to pay for these things, which are (again) all on the 7th floor. Overall, not my best experience.
