Located right in the heart of the historic center with a view of the sea, this apartment is a period home that has been renovated with an eye toward preserving tradition while adding a modern and personal touch, featuring a characteristic attic with wooden beams. This apartment is our little gem; you can enjoy the stroll and the chatter of the people filling the little square, and be captivated by the boundless view of the sea when you open the window.

The space
Consisting of a kitchen-diner, an antique fireplace (not in working order), two balconies, a living room with a sea view, two double bedrooms—one with an en-suite bathroom and a sea view—and two lofts with three additional sleeping spots (one of these three is a low bed on the loft in the kitchen, accessible via a ladder, so it is not recommended for the elderly or children; in that case, it is better to use the cot available on the other loft where the two single beds are located, which is situated above the living room and is accessible via a standard staircase (photo included in the listing), The lofts have a ceiling height of 160 cm. The apartment features two full bathrooms with two showers.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a historic building; the steps are high.

There is the option of an additional cot, and the queen-size bed can be used as a double bed (allowing for two additional guests).
Towels and sheets are provided at no extra charge.

How far is the house from the beach?
The house is centrally located between the two most popular beaches—the Pizzomunno side and the harbor side—and is just a 12-minute walk from both. From the balcony, you can see the rocky beach “La Ripa,” which is a 10-minute walk away.

What about parking?
Vieste is a tourist destination. The house is located in a car-free zone, right in the heart of the historic center, but nearby you can find paid parking at very low rates or blue-line parking spaces. Furthermore, during the summer, it’s impossible to access the entire central area of the city after 8 p.m. I’ll be sure to direct you to the nearest parking lot. (Approx. 600 meters); if you arrive before 8:00 PM (during the summer), you can unload your car 150 meters from the apartment, in Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II.
Guest access:
The apartment will be for the exclusive use of the guests throughout their entire stay.

Mandatory tourist tax: 0.60 per person per day (January through May / October through December), 1.20 per person per day (June through September)
