"Had a wonderful stay at Hanoi Royal Palace Hotel. From the first moment we walked through the doors we couldn’t ask for better service. We stayed two nights then headed to Sapa by train. Hotel stored our luggage for the next two nights and we returned for another nights stay at Hanoi Royal Palace. Rooms are beautiful and we were welcomed back with open arms. It felt like home. 5 star service from the staff, they are all wonderful. Was actually hard to say goodbye. Will definitely stay at Hanoi...
