"none of the amenities advertised were available to us, the apartment was not clean, had very little kitchen utensils, no cutlery, a wet dirty cloth and scourer was left for us to use, a dirty used bath mat, oven trays had sticky cooked sauce on them, no access to pool or gym, no room service or daily housekeeping. all these things were stated as being available. requested refund to go to different accommodation but was refused, we left apartment 3 days early and stayed somewhere else. I would definitely not recommend this place. expressed dissatisfaction to managers with no regard of helping situation. also spoke with hotels.com and they are reviewing if this accommodation will stay on their site"

It feels authentic and full of charm, with a lovely, peaceful swimming pool. The breakfast was delightful—a wonderful mix of French and Vietnamese—and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly or welcoming. Their genuine warmth and smiles made the stay even more special. I really loved staying here and would highly recommend it."

"Very nice hotel on a quiet street, walkable to lots of restaurants. Good room, very clean. Staff were very helpful. Water-side cocktails and breakfast were great and we took advantage of the courtesy water taxi to District 1. Great to have a dip in the pool after a day’s sightseeing though the smoke from the generator next door was a little off-putting."

"I couldn't find a pool for this property, but everything else was fantastic. There was no real staff to help you out, other than through WhatsApp, so finding the way inside for the first time was... interesting."
