It has 3 bedrooms with comfortable double beds and 1 sofa bed. Two of the bedrooms have large wardrobes, are spacious, south-facing, and offer views of the vibrant Calle Venezuela.

Amenities:
Bath and hand towels are provided per person, as well as a hairdryer and a bath mat in each bathroom. Shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel are also included in the bathroom.

Bedrooms are provided with sheets, duvets, and pillows.

The kitchen is equipped with dish soap for handwashing and dishwasher use, laundry detergent, and complimentary coffee capsules, as well as tea bags and herbal infusions.
It also has all major appliances (see photos). Refrigerator and freezer, oven and microwave, kettle, Tassimo coffee machine, blender, washing machine and dishwasher, clothesline, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, juicer, toaster, cutlery, glasses and cups, plates, mugs, etc.
