"There was not enough parking for the building, the code to get into the building and to the loft was never provided. We had to stand outside in the cold and wait for somebody to find somebody to let us in. We had to climb four flights upstairs to get to our room. There was no privacy for the bathroom, so the toilet was out in the middle of the room. The bed was just a memory and asked the middle and there was no way to get comfortable. Would not recommend this location and would never stay there again."

"I do their believe there was a difference in a third-party reservation vs going directly to the hotel and making a reservation as the two people that were at the counter with me they got the rooms right away. They were actually after me and I was told I had to wait till 3 o’clock. I got there at about 1:45. Sauce put in a room that the toilet or the water flows every 3 to 5 minutes all day all night however, other than that, the location is the reason for the hotel. The hotel is in prime location in Rochester and if you want everything to be pretty much at walking distance like the Blue Cross arena and other venues it’s a perfect place"

"The house was clean, aside from pet hair from previous people staying. Communication was great and very easy. I will say that if you do have accessibility needs that this house would be a problem since the only bathroom is on the 2nd floor. It wasn't a huge problem for us, but others it might. It was just something I overlooked. "

"The location of this studio apartment was perfect for my stay being very close to family in Penfield NY. The area offered many and varied dining options which were all within this very walkable city. The studio was exactly as described: clean and fresh with a wonderful shower, great water pressure. The unit is on the ground floor which provided easy access and had it's own dedicated parking spot. The owner was very responsive to my questions. Overall, a wonderful stay and hope to use it again for any future stays."
