Arsenal II is located in a traditional fisherman’s house in the Old Town of Villajoyosa, on the third floor without a lift and directly opposite Playa Centro. Its location is exceptional, offering impressive views of the Mediterranean Sea and the entire bay of Villajoyosa.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 guests. From the sea-facing side, you can enjoy views of the beach, the seafront promenade and the whole bay, while at the rear you will find views over the charming Plaça Sant Pere, one of the most characteristic corners of La Vila Vella.

One of the great highlights of Arsenal II is the sunrise. Watching the sun rise over the Mediterranean from this privileged location is a truly special experience and one of the reasons why this is one of our most requested apartments.

Inside, you will find a comfortable and practical accommodation with a living room, fully equipped open-plan kitchen, television, WiFi, climate control with heating and cooling, washing machine, one double bed, two single beds and a full bathroom with shower.

The location allows you to enjoy Villajoyosa almost entirely on foot. You only need to cross the seafront promenade to reach Playa Centro, and just a few steps away you will find restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and the colourful streets of the Old Town.

For guests arriving by car, there is a large open parking area approximately 50 metres away where parking is usually available, a very practical option for an apartment located directly on the seafront.
