"Great hotel close to the Gran Via and walkable to everything we wanted to see. The room was spacious and clean."

"The location is great and an easy walk to all major sites of interest. The outdoor area at the front is delightful and directly opposite the convent. Our room also had a lovely view of an historic building. Downsides are that there didn’t appear to be any access from the street apart from going up stairs and breakfast was also down stairs. The lift didn’t appear to access either outside or downstairs. The breakfast area was a bit cramped and breakfast was ordinary."

"The central location is perfect. I asked for a room at the back to be quiet and it was. The staff were helpful. There's a small gym with outdoor roof terrace. I've stayed in Puerto Santa Maria at another hotel but this location is right in the middle of bars/restaurants. It is a 10 minute walk to the terminal for the boat to Cadiz."
