Located on the ground floor, it comprises

- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- Bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- A shower room (with shower and WC)
- A separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot.

Outside:
- A 10 m² terrace, facing north-west, to make the most of the fine weather.

The flat is ideally located in Villarembert, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
- Downhill skiing, hiking, snowpark, paragliding or microlight flights, toboggan runs, dog sled rides, ski school, mountain biking, horse riding...
- Resort facilities (heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, etc.) at an additional cost.
- Access to ski slopes: For information on the resort's opening dates, please consult the Villarembert website.
- Tasting of local produce.
- The nearest ski lift is 100 m away (uphill), easily accessible on foot or by shuttle bus, which passes at the foot of the development and also runs to the resort centre for beginners.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park (two spaces).
