The beautiful residences of Villasimius are centered around a spacious swimming pool and a charming square, the heart of the Club. Located on the southeastern tip of Sardinia, this peaceful retreat is just a few hundred meters from the sea and a short walk from Villasimius town center. Separated from Campulongu Beach by 500 meters of lush woodland with protected pines and junipers, the area offers a serene atmosphere.

The complex is near a prestigious 18-hole golf course, equestrian facilities, and scenic routes with views of the protected Capo Carbonara marine area. The terraced houses feature ground-floor apartments with verandas and first-floor apartments with balconies, all connected by arcades built in authentic Sardinian style. The modern apartments are equipped with a kitchenette, LCD TV, air conditioning, and a private bathroom with a shower. Each unit has a veranda or balcony furnished with an outdoor table and chairs, with some apartments offering accessibility features.

Das Apartment war modern und bestens ausgestattet, sodass wir problemlos selbst kochen konnten, wenn wir keine Lust hatten, auswärts zu essen. Das absolute Highlight war der großzügige Swimmingpool – perfekt für eine erfrischende Abkühlung nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag. Auch die Nähe zum Riso Beach, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang durch den schönen Wald entfernt, hat uns sehr gefallen. Alles in allem ein friedlicher Rückzugsort, zu dem wir sehr gerne zurückkehren würden!

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt im Studio-Apartment sehr genossen. Es war super gemütlich und hatte alles, was ich brauchte, von einer voll ausgestatteten Küche bis hin zu einem bequemen Bett. Der Pool war ein Highlight, besonders an heißen Tagen. Ich fand es toll, dass es so nah am Strand und nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Stadtzentrum entfernt war. Das WLAN war zeitweise etwas langsam, aber ehrlich gesagt hat das meinen Aufenthalt nicht beeinträchtigt. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Es lag günstig, mit guter Anbindung an Restaurants wie das Il Faro und nur wenige Fahrminuten vom wunderschönen Strand von Campulongu entfernt. Das Apartment selbst war sauber und komfortabel, obwohl wir uns etwas mehr Charme gewünscht hätten. Dennoch bot es alles, was wir brauchten, darunter eine praktische Küchenzeile und einen gemütlichen Wohnbereich. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Gegend unkompliziert zu erkunden.

Die Wohnung war geräumig und gut gepflegt. Die Küchenzeile war praktisch, da ich gerne koche. Der Poolbereich war schön, obwohl es dort manchmal etwas voll werden konnte. Die nahegelegenen Strände sind traumhaft, der Spaziergang durch den Wald war jedoch etwas länger als erwartet. Insgesamt ein toller Ort für einen erholsamen Urlaub.
