Villa Karla

  • Our cottage, located 6 km from the town of Villasimius, is situated in the hilly area of Porto Sa Ruxi, a peaceful and quiet residential area overlooking white-sand beaches and granite rocks set against a crystal-clear sea. The house is in a relaxing location with a spacious, covered, and well-ventilated veranda offering a view of the sea. The beaches are just a few minutes’ walk away via an underpass.

    The Space
    The house is spread over three levels and offers functional, well-equipped rooms. Two bedrooms on the upper floor have ceiling fans and air conditioning, with an adjoining bathroom equipped with a shower. The bedroom on the lower floor has ceiling fans and a bathroom without a shower. There is also an outdoor shower.

    Guest Access
    A car is required to reach the other beaches in the area, as well as grocery stores and restaurants. This house is not recommended for children under three years of age or for people with mobility issues due to the presence of stairs.
