The property is a 4-room semi-detached house with a total area of 140 square meters, spread across two levels. The comfortable furnishings include a living/dining room with a dining table, digital TV, and air conditioning, leading out to a terrace. The large kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, three ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and a combination microwave. It also has a dining table and a boiler with a capacity of 80 liters, as well as an exit to a patio. On the upper floor, you'll find a children's room with two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm) and a fan, along with two additional rooms, each featuring a French bed (1 x 150 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning, and a fan. One of these rooms has access to a terrace. There is also a shower/WC on the ground floor and a bath/WC on the upper floor. Please note that heating is not available in all rooms.
