The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were quiet and clean. The shades in the family room needed to be replaced to keep the light out if you slept in the murphy bed.

The room was okay.\nThe view was great of the beach , biggest complaint With I couldn't look at the room before I signed everything. Pay for parking,, no breakfast at all,,had to ask for more coffee, small pot. Had to ask for the room to be cleaned, i believe I can get more for the money at other hotels.

Staff were all amazing, very accommodating and kind, management is great. Great location, good view of the beach. Room was clean and bedding comfortable, Bed frames appeared broken or dismantled but it was not an issue. The worst part was the wall in the lounge part of the room looked like a biohazard and it was off putting. What i assume were water pockets leaking a rusty brown color and taped over with painters tape, some pockets still full and I feared they’d pop on the person who slept right next to it on the pull out bed. That did not happen so all is well but very hard to ignore and not a pretty sight by any means, grossed us out. No AC in hallways or elevator, was not an issue for me but should be noted.

The view was incredible and staff was very helpful/nice! Rooms were clean. You can see wear and tear throughout the rooms/building, but nothing that felt unsafe or unsanitary. Great location too, right near the pier and playground.

Despite some initial reservations based on prior reviews, our experience at this establishment was largely positive. We particularly enjoyed the in-room jacuzzi, the beach access, and the swimming pool facilities, although we noted that the pool appears larger in photographs than in reality. The staff demonstrated excellent service, promptly addressing all our requests. We did encounter some delays with the elevators during peak morning hours due to high occupancy. The partial ocean view, while somewhat obstructed by an adjacent building, was nevertheless impressive. Overall, my family and I had a very enjoyable stay, and the location proved to be highly convenient. We did observe that the beach shower was out of order, though we understand this may not be within the hotel's direct purview.

If you want a full oceanfront view do not book a king bed with a jetted tub. The building has a wall that protrudes to your right and blocks your view including view of the pier. Stay in a room without a whirlpool in your room and you will love it there.
