The property is under renovation, however the price compensates for this minor inconvenience. The rooms are excellent, spacious and almost sound proof which is great when traveling with children.

The room was clean. The room was not well maintained though some fixtures were damaged or broken. Staff was your average, nothing where they go out of their way to please but not rude either. Parking was very tight. Hard for big cars. The view from the higher floors was beautiful, probably the best part of the experience at this hotel. You get pretty much what you pay for and are in front of the beach.

Wonderful location and view! That’s definitely what you’re paying for. It is an old hotel and needs to be renovated. The room was clean and it had a living room separate from the bedroom so it is big but don’t expect anything special. Also the pool is closed and the parking is so tight definitely not large car friendly.

This is a great hotel if you want a great location, and a fantastic ambiance to fatally overdose. The hotel is older and shows its age, but the decor is sometimes newer but oddly mismatched. When you walk in and through the main area and don't see beds, don't freak out like we did. There is a bed room near the entrance. In the bedroom there is a window into the hall. It is bright at night. The blankets are thin and scratchy, so if that's your thing, prepare to be excited. There is a small kitchen area. Tons of ants, so if you chose to overdose here, you wont die alone. The living area is spacious, there is cable TV and couches made of an indescribable, kinda sticky fabric that's just really weird to touch. Try not to think about it too much when you sit on it. The bathroom has alot of space. The hair dryer didn't work, it just flopped around. The hotel is kind enough to supply the room with shampoo and conditioner. While the texture of both leave alot to be desired, my hair was never as soft as it was after my shower. The view from the balcony is amazing, and the close walking distance to the Dairy Queen next door is wonderful. You will need the DQ to help deal with the munchies you get from all the marijuana you will smell walking through the hall ways. except the one hallway on the first floor that smells like pee. Pee apparently is a stronger odor than marijuana. The more you know.... I was overall happy with my stay, it was an adventure.

Typical local beach hotel that’s heavily used. Younger kid cleaning upon arrival was super helpful and nice. He got us a cart and took our bags to the room. He went out of his way even though we could tell he was super busy mopping floors. Room was fine- bed was uncomfortable. Only large issue was pool was not in service. It was posted online with pictures when we booked. By the time we got there, they took it off the website and told me I didn’t see pool pictures. I asked for partial refund and was denied.
