"Rooms smelled like cigarettes, i had to change my room. Refrigerator., furniture and beds were old and worn out and dirty. To me it was not worth the money. I stood here 2 different times. First time I checked out and was refunded my money. This time I was told no refunds. Due to 3 navy ships coming in all hotels was booked. Do your home work."

"I would only stay here again if I only needed to sleep. The room was clean. Staff was very helpful. That being said, the pool was empty for the whole visit. I had change my own trash bag. The terrace furniture is broken down and only had cushion for 6. Mind you, they have at least 20 chairs on it. Only one light worked at night on the terrace as well. Don't count on a full service restaurant here either. It's a basic school cafeteria set up for poor food."

"We stayed for 2 nights and the tv did not work the entire stay. I spoke to a desk agent on the phone multiple times and went in person two times regarding this issue. No one came to the room to fix the tv after being told multiple times they’d send someone up. The hotel is dated and needs renovations. Not worth the room rate."

"I don’t know why it’s called a Hotel when it’s clearly a motel. House keepers do a bad job at cleaning the rooms good. I wasn’t comfortable the whole stay at the room. The beds are hard and the sheets are passed used up and what they call breakfast is a joke. They only served waffles,toast and cereal….no meat or drinks at all. My opinion the rooms should be cheaper."

"I was not told it was under renovation. Carpets taken up, holes cut in the ceiling in a hallway bathroom. Liquid leaking from a refrigerator in the hallway, construction dust around vending machines, food droppings in the hallway not cleaned up. Previous tenants clump of hair on the floor in room. Also had requested a location with a pool. They had taken pool out. The condition of this hotel was not worth the price at all. It is now making me rethink my choices of hotel chains."
