"Paid for 2 bedroom suite. What we got was a 1 bedroom with a second room that was connected in the same corridor. It did not work well for my family."

"Didn't really expect much based on the price but boy was I wrong. Right off the boardwalk, plenty of parking and friendly front desk, It's definitely not a Hiatt but it has it's own pluses. The room was pretty spacious with 2 doubles, a coffee maker, stovetop, refridge with a top small freezer and microwave. It also had a table with 2 chairs to eat at and a balcony to sit out on with great afternoon sun if you get a room facing the pool, which by the way looked great!. What it lacked in luxury it more than made up in comfort and practicality. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again."

"I came here to stay ai what I believed was a nice hotel because that is what my dad had wanted when he was still alive. He had gone to Washington DC on an honor flight because of his service in the Navy. He passed away so I was making this trip with my mother for his internment. my mother is 81 years old and we were stuck out in the rain for over an hour and a half for the airport shuttle. Got to the hotel and when we complained we felt as if we were being made fun of us. They gave us two breakfast vouchers but the food was cold both days.We were told you had to pay security deposit and the one time I tried to pay for my dinner by signing for my meal I was told it was declined. I went to the front desk and eas told that it was because of how I booked which I said was crazy because I didn’t want to pay for any extras in the first place but was not given any choice. I paid for my meal without charging anything to my room. Poor location if you want to see the sights in DC unless you drive because you have to take a taxi to everything.. We checked out and I booked us into another hotel. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone . It was a bad way to start what was a hard trip anyway. Still waiting for money back from security deposit that we were told would take 3 to 5 days. It has already been 7 days since I checked out.No washcloths in the bathrooms and no garbage cans in the bathrooms either.Such a rotten way to start our trip."

"The staff was very friendly and the balcony was nice but other than that it was terrible. The room was so old, out dated, smelled bad and felt gross. The sheets very clean but other than that there was a leak coming from the ceiling, the shower & bath tub were dirty and dingy and things were falling apart. I guess it’s what you pay for but I would strongly discourage you from staying here. You will likely regret it."

"I loved how it was right next to the Williamsburg Welcome Center. The rest of the Historic Triangle Area was within a 20 to 30 minute drive. The staff were friendly and helpful with any questions I had. As a solo traveler I felt completely safe and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Williamsburg or the Historical Triangle Area."

Aqua Vista Resort Hotel

"We got a beach front room for 4 days and it was great priced. With that in mind, the hotel was older, and a bit run down, but still clean and pet friendly. You wouldn't know that pets were allowed there as rooms were clean, and nice, for the price we paid. If you want a good inexpensive stay, with a great view, and close to stores like 7-11, Dairy Queen, Walmart, plus a great middle area of the boardwalk, then this place has all of that. Outdoor pool was just open the day we arrived, so a bit cold, but cleaned and nice. Vending machines there in the hallways, but no breakfast. Just coffee in the lobby and pretty generic at that, but you are very close to sweet shops and places to get coffee out. We had a wonderful time and we would definitely stay again!! Our dog liked it too!"
