It is famous for its breathtaking sea views, its astronomical observatory, but also for its excellent traditional gastronomy, which can be enjoyed in the numerous restaurants, agro-tourisms and rustic cellars in the region. Hiking trails, cycling routes and horseback riding are all nearby, and both Porec with its beautiful beaches and the idyllic medieval hilltop towns of the hinterland are easily accessible along excellent country roads.
