Outstanding location - easy walking to all of Viterbo’s attractions. The piazza just outside is a real bonus - lovely to sit there of an evening and watch the locals walking their dogs and stopping to chat.

Tastefully decorated, comfortable, and conveniently located in the hear of the old center. Air conditioning was mostly adequate. Biggest detractor was outside was too NOISY, even with windows closed.

The bed is really good, the room spacy and clean and the location convenient. However a couple of downsides: -communication was not good. I have called a day before for checkin instructions. They would be send the next morning. I did not receive them and had to ask again. - The window does not keep any noise out, so you wake up when the locals start shouting outside from 7am. - It says “parking available”, this is simply not true. The guesthouse is in a pedestrian zone and free parking is available at a 10min walk with some stairs.

Acceso muy difícil

No nos avisaron de que es una zona que a determinadas horas no se puede acceder con el coche y gracias a nos dimos cuenta tuvimos que esperar s las 20.00 para poder acceder y bajar las maletas por otro lado no se puede aparcar hay que dejarlo en un parking de pago cerca. Para acceder hay una escalera muy incomoda empinada y estrecha no para para una persona mayor. Todo el resto correcto y muy céntrica.

La struttura ha una posizione perfetta a livello turistico nel contesto di Viterbo, in pieno centro con tutto a portata di mano. La camera era bella nella sua originalità, sempre molto pulita e curata dallo staff. La gestione ti permette un indipendenza importante durante il soggiorno, cosa per me molto rilevante, è quasi come aver un mini appartamento. Qualche Gradino sull'accesso.....ma chi bello vuole apparire....

Impeccabile, stanza curata, comoda, moderna e funzionale. Vari servizi aggiuntivi: caffè, tisane, dispenser acqua naturale e frizzante. In un vecchio palazzetto in centro città, le stanze si trovano in una zona ben restaurata e sono piacevoli. Il personale è cortese e premuroso e ha fornito tutte le indicazioni richieste. Sarebbe opportuno scrivere che, per raggiungere le stanze, ci sono scale piuttosto ripide.

Très belle chambre, contact par SMS avec l'hôtesse (en français), une voisine a ouvert la porte. Seul hic : ça donne sur un carrefour stratégique des sorties du week-end. Bruyant le samedi soir, donc... mais parfaitement calme le dimanche matin !

Good location in the center, spacious room and nice shower room. Free access to the great thermae, there you can enjoy the sunset and stars from the tub. If you don’t mind the a bit noise of the street it’s highly recommended
