Staff was friendly, great ocean view. Windows do not block any sound, so very noisy, any noise from the street or beach is heard in the room. When flushing the toilet, it sprays up all over the seat, disgusting. Bathroom could use updating.

A estadia foi boa, no entanto, quero sugerir duas coisas pra melhorar para os próximos hóspedes: quando chegamos, faltou nos carregar no colo junto com as malas; na saída, ausência total de ajuda...como assim?! Falo, porque estávamos com muitas malas, pois seguíamos para outros locais. O segundo ponto: no café da manhã, os ítens que eram pra estarem quentes: ovos mexidos, os salgados ( três tipos, entre eles um pão de queijo ruim), estavam frios. Não foi legal.

O hotel tem uma localização privilegiada e um bom quarto, caso você opte pelos reformados, mas não tem um serviço de restaurante, só uma lanchonete que serve muito pouca opção, e aí vem o pior. Almoço em um excelente restaurante da região, o Curuca em Meaípe, e sobrou muita comida. Pedi para embalar pois sabia que no hotel tem um local com forno micro ondas onde poderia esquentar e comer depois. Peço a recepção prato pois talher eu até tinha pois sempre levo em viagem, mas a recepção me encaminhou para a lanchonete que se negou a fornecer, voltei a recepção para relatar o fato, e ao invés de ter uma solução, só me disse que iria falar com o gerente no dia seguinte. Não fui procurado para satisfações e também não procurei mais a recepção, mas deixo aqui o meu total desagrado com a situação, já que eles se quer tem restaurante para competir, e fornecer comida decente.
