In the heart of Praia do Canto, at walking distance to all the major points where the action happens. Beware during weekends Pub426 right in front attracts a large crowd which can actually be a plus for the young folks.

Foi uma boa estadia, mas o hotel apresenta sinais de que precisa de maiores cuidados e/ou atualizações. No meu quarto - o 762 - o aparelho de ar condicionado está em pessimos estado, todo remendafo com fitas adesivas.Uka das lâmpadas, mesmo aoagada ainda continuava com uma pequena luminosidade. Mas no geral foi tranquilo.

Hotel bem localizado, e ainda tem a vantagem de ter um bom restaurante anexo para almoço e jantar. O café da manhã é bom também. Apesar de outros Ibis que conheço terem mais opções no café da manhã, neste não falta nada e é bem satisfatório. O problema é um elevador que não funciona para certos andares, e pior ainda é a manutenção deixa muito a desejar: cortina com furos, almofada desbotada, armário despedaçado, ar-condicionado colado com fita adesiva e paredes e portas sujas e precisando de pintura.

Todo mundo enfrenta problemas. Cheguei no hotel e o ar-condicionado central estava quebrado. A equipe estava preparada e ofereceu alternativas justas (realocação na rede/ desconto para permanecer / cancelamento total sem taxas). Hotel é um lixo. Da recepção ao quarto só problemas. A iniciar pelas recepcionistas. extremamente mau educadas. Elas são ásperas entre elas e com clientes. São incapazes de interfonar quando chega um pedido. Mesmo pedindo com educação, sempre de cara ruim. O hotel e o quarto são SUJOS! Velho, mau conservado, no meu quarto o ar condicionado está colado com fita adesiva. Um buraco no banheiro… corredores, vidros, espelhos manchados. Café da manhã fraco: por mais de um dia precisei pedir para reporem xícaras e CAFÉ! Minha pior experiência em hotelaria. Não recomendo e não retorno nunca mais! Para serem ruins precisam melhorar muito! Único ponto positivo é a localização, de resto, nada salva!!!
