Hotel is old, outdated, and dirty. There were clumps of hair attached to the comforter, towels were stained and smelled bad, even the coffee at breakfast had a funny taste. As if this wasn’t enough, they charged us a hundred dollars more at checkout because their “rates went up overnight.” Even after showing them the email confirmation with the correct rates, they couldn’t care less. This place is disgusting and run by crooks. Do not stay here.

Equipe muito simpática e atenciosa, com destaque para Juliana da recepção, Tiago e Nanda do restaurante/café da manhã. Como pontos negativos, o banheiro que precisa de reforma, além da porta do box não vedar, possibilitando passar água e molhar o banheiro, além deporta fazer um barulho muito alto ao fechar ou abrir. Também o colchão com depressao em um dos lados. A localização é muito boa e o quarto e silencioso com bons aparelhos de ar condicionado

Colchão e travesseiros ruins. Porta de correr do quarto e varanda emperram e não abrem. Água do chuveiro não esquenta. O quarto é antigo e sem manutenção. Café da manhã ruim, fui 9 horas da manhã e tinha acabado pão de queijo e ovos mexidos e não haveria reposição pois havia acabado. Não me hospedaria novamente.

Ar condicionado, fraco, a tv quando ligar num quarto liga na sala também, as toalhas todas precisam ser trocadas, porque estão secas, dura, precisa que na lavam seja colocadas um confort ou amaciante para ficarem cheirosas, e um detalhe, no apto 902 mulheres, crianças ou até mesmo adulto não consegue abrir a porta por fora é preciso dar um tranco e por dentro quase ficamos trancados, porque a trava quando fechamos não conseguia abrir, precisar colocar uma força e ajusta para abrir, avisei a recepção, pois quem fechar ficará trancado com certeza. No café da manhã faltava suco de laranja, e se pedia diziam que não tinha. As sanduicheiras precisam ser trocadas, água do galão não dá para saber se as trocas são eficientes e novas.

Nos hospedamos entre os dias 12 a 16 de maio de 2026. A higiene do quarto era deplorável. Havia muita poeira nos móveis, o banheiro possuía um odor fortíssimo de urina como se não tivesse sido limpo há muitos dias. Além disso, havia lodo e crostas de sujeita na parte interna do box, no registro da pia e no chuveiro/ducha. O carpete do corredor estava sujo, úmido e fedido. Apesar de ser uma reserva para casal, o cobertor (edredom) era de solteiro, os travesseiros eram terríveis e a cama fazia MUITO barulho. Sobre o café da manhã, havia formigas nos cereais, o expositor onde ficavam os frios estava sujo/enferrujado por dentro, mesas sujas e, inclusive, encontramos um cabelo no queijo. A qualidade das comidas deixava a desejar. Bolos massudos e pesados. O que salvou foi o pão doce, o ovo e o pão de queijo. Por fim, com exceção de uma moça que estava na recepção em uma das noites da nossa estadia, nenhum dos colaboradores com quem interagimos fez questão alguma de ser simpático(a).
