Very clean and quiet hotel. Staff very friendly also. Breakfast is huge (as usual in Albania lol) . To have the spa is a nice feature as well, we enjoyed it a lot! We were only disapointed about the steam room who was out of order and the hot tub who is cold (we are not used to cold hot tub lol) but the view from the spa worth it yet!!

Awesome location. We enjoyed the private beach, the amazing view of the sea and the sunset right from the room, and the walk along the promenade at night. The hotel is new and all furniture and fixtures are modern and high-end. The room we got was a triple room on the sixth floor, it’s very spacious, with high ceiling and large bathroom. The rooms are equipped with a safe, a mini bar and a tea/coffee kettle. The TV is huge and connected to live tv Netflix and many other Apps for kids and adults. The balcony stretches along the whole width of the room allowing us to live within the amazing nature outside. The hotel has valet parking, we brought the car around and the staff took care of it. The staff at the desk, the restaurant and housekeeping are all cheerful, helpful and respectful. We loved the one night in luxury after our holiday at a farm. Hope to make it to Abi’s hotel again to use the Spa!

This hotel has the potential to be great but currently it’s not. Pros - good location, specious rooms, parking service, beach close by and beach beds included. Cons - we booked a sea view family unit which included two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We don’t have the sea view unless we stood on the side leaning over the fence or overlooking about the high plants of the unit next to us who actually had the sea view. You need to book a slot in the spa and you only get one hour, we didn’t even had that because when we got there for our slot it turned out that the hotel double booked and a group of eight men had a booking as well for the same time although after seeing the place and how dirty and uninviting it was I didn’t want to stay there anyway. We don’t have hot water in the showers on the first day and they only fixed it the day afteroo

Caution .

Hotel is newer but has a lot of kinks to figure out . - construction going on under room - kids in the spa screaming / radio blasting outside of massage room ( while getting massage ) - no hot water in bathroom at 5am , ran taps for nearly 5 mins . Worse for last - I decide to go to the restaurant for dinner . For a salad , a sparkling water , fish ( sea bream ) and vegetables they charged 100 usd .. ( and took away half the fish and veg , it was really bizarre ) Fish was mediocre and unseasoned. Price on menu for fish was 1500lek . Charged 4500lek on bill . Beware .

Super fint hotell som ligger precis vid stranden. Någon kilometer in till Vlora. Vi hyrde cyklar och det var perfekt. Mycket restauranger i närheten. Frukosten var jätte god. Vi uppgraderade vårt rum till sviten och det var magiskt. Aldrig bott så fint med så fin utsikt. Personalen var serviceinriktade. Man bokar en tid till spa avdelningen och då får man vara där 1 timme. Det är lagom, det är inte jätte stort, men det finns en bastu, ångbastu och jacuzzi. Allt är fräscht. Jag bokade en massage. Kan rekommendera.

Das Hotel ist schön. Sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich sowie bemüht. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend. Wir haben auch zu Abend dort gegessen und kann ich empfehlen. Der Strand ist leider nicht sehr schön und nicht gepflegt.

Hotel war sehr schön. Sehr grosses Zimmer. Frühstück war gut aber keine Abwechslung. Es gab sogar eine Milchalternative (Soja). Man durfte aber nur 1 Kaffee bestellen. Der 2. musste man selbst bezahlen. Beim Frühstück wurde man vom Personal ignoriert. Wir mussten aktiv auf sie zu gehen. Wir haben ein Tag vorher eine Massage gebucht. Beim abgemachten Zeitpunkt, kam einfach niemand. Als wir bei der Rezeption nachfragten, hiess es, das wir doch später kommen sollen, da Sie es falsch/nicht aufschrieb. Uns verging die Lust und stornierten es.

Superbe hôtel à l'écart de l'agitation de la vie nocturne mais très proche du centre ville et de la plage. Les chambres sont confortables et le personnel à votre écoute. Très bien.

Expérience décevante

Tout d’abord je tiens à dire que nous étions une famille avec un bébé de 4 mois, des le premier jour nous avons été accueillis par l’hôtesse une assez jeune hôtesse non chalante qui a mis 25 minutes à nous faire le check in, elle a insisté sur le fait qu’il y avait une personne en plus, mon frère qui effectué le séjour avec nous mais qui était dans un autre hôtel, le fait qui soit la était un problème tout le long du séjour ils nous ont ciblé, ensuite le voiturier à garer notre voiture et à abîmé les jantes preuve à l’appui, il a nié et aucun manageur soit disant présent mais le jour de notre départ nous l’avons aperçu une femme blonde âgés qui ne s’est jamais présenté. Je vous déconseille cette hôtel en famille avec des enfants et je vous déconseille de laisser votre voiture, garer la voiture vous même, si vous êtes typé africain je vous déconseille cet hôtel, je partagerai à travers les réseaux et mon entourage ce qui nous est arrivé, nous étions à l’hôtel uniquement pour dormir le reste du temps nous étions à l’extérieur mais l’expérience que nous avons eu était catastrophique, du voiturier à l’hôtesse de l’accueil, autre chose que nous ne savions pas l’hôtel est départage avec des habitants locaux qui y réside, nous avons pas pu participer au spa, le petit déjeuner est léger mais correct. Service et accueil déplorable aucun sourire et se dédouane de toute responsabilité si il y’a un problème. Notre couleur vous déranger ? Je n’ai jamais vu des personnes aussi mauvaise

Wir können dieses Hotel zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Service super nett und hilfsbereit. Sehr saubere und moderne Zimmer. Frühstück sehr vielfältig und lecker. Direkter Strand mit eigenen Strandliegen. Schön ruhig gelegen. Einfach TOP.
