Nice place, good location, clean and modern rooms. I wouldn’t call the spa a spa, but just two small facilities. The restaurant was so and so. Overall a fine stay.

Great boutique hotel very comfortable.Helpful staff and very pleasant .Shame spa not open.Centrally located two mins from town.Great outdoor area.

The owner and his staff were excellent. I was dealing with canceled flights and the staff was understanding and accomodating. The room was gorgeous, my balcony view was beautiful and the hotel is pristine. Only thing i wish was that the pool inbthe spa had hot water and not cold. Other than that, this hotel was great. Parking was a plus and so was the breakfast and location.

Not worthing the value paid

Good: The hotel looks modern, quite a good location in the Lungomare area with outdoor parking and an underground spa. Bad: the service needs to be improved, and the staff needs to be trained on how to respond to urgent claims in a dangerous situation. I also had my 1.5-year-old son with me and right when we checked in we discovered the power socket in the balcony, loose and out of the wall with a real danger of being touched. The first reaction of the reception lady was to fix it with some plastic tape, which was a kind of joke from her side, and then after insisting on fixing this issue, in the evening the reception gentleman told me to avoid going at all in the balcony for the entire stay because there is no electrician available to properly fix this. Worth mentioning that on the check-in there was no other room available to change my booking, I want to highlight to the management of this hotel to really pay attention to this kind of claim, electricity isn't a joke, I can't imagine what would be the final if my son would have discovered the socket first. Poor choices in breakfast with ceap coffee pot. I don't recommend this hotel

I wouldn't recommend it.

Aufgeräumt wurde nicht wirklich. Lediglich dreckige Handtücher mitgenommen. Für neue Handtücher und mehr Shampoo musste man eigenst bei der Rezeption anrufen? Habe ich auch zum ersten Mal in meinem Leben so erlebt. Echt schade. Es ist auch vorgekommen, dass die Rezeption um etwas gebeten wurde und es hieß, es wird sich drum gekümmert - im Endeffekt wurde sich nicht gekümmert. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Direkter Strandzugang ist nicht gegeben. Parksituation überschaubar. Sehr enge Einfahrt. Frühstück sehr minimalistisch. Spa Bereich ist ganz schön.

Veldig hyggelig betjening, fikk byttet rom slik at jeg fikk sjøutsikt, de var behjelpelige med å skrive ut boardingkort og gi anbefalinger. Når det er sagt, var det nesten konstant en bass-dunking i bygget. Rommet var i etasjen over restauranten og resepsjon hvor det alltid ble spilt musikk. Så her lakk musikken godt inn i rommet

Habitación para cuatro con servicio dentro para dos. Dos toallas. El bufete frío. El café teníamos que pedirlo aparte, era imposible tomarse el del buffet. Las almohadas altísimas y estuvimos en una planta que no había terminado de acabarse. Faltan detalles para colgar las toallas. Hubiera estado bien que mientras esperamos para entrar el checkin nos hubieran invitado a una consumición en la recepción, pero ellos nos invitaron a esperar en su bar pero nos hicieron pagarlo. Teníamos que p oh tar para que nos abriera el parking cada vez que queríamos salir… Algunos detalles más que no nos dejaban entender que fuera un 4 estrellas…
