This level also offers direct access to the swimming pool area. Additionally, there is one bedroom with a double bed measuring 180 cm x 200 cm, a shower/WC, satellite TV, and air conditioning. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a separate WC on this floor. Ascending to the upper level, you will find two more bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed of the same dimensions (180 cm x 200 cm), a shower/WC, satellite TV, and air conditioning. Both rooms provide access to the terrace area.
