"Parking was awkward--had to park across the street and your hotel should have been more clear as to how to access it. Also, your carpets in the hallways leading to the rooms smelt musty and should be cleaned to get rid of the smell. Also, your policy of how the linen and towels are to be changed was not explained at the front desk--Why? Improvements need to be made."

"Hotel / room was good . Breakfast and service was ok. First day cleaning , they did not change towel even after putting the room card , they don’t have phone in room which is weird for Hilton group hotel , for cleaning one needs to fill card and put in drop box which is weird way . No one informed at the time of check in . Hotel is on nice location . Well connected . Had weird problem with taxi dropping , every time I ordered uber , it picked me from hotel , while dropping back , they tak us to road which is lower level somewhere else , so again and again , we need to take a detour . Dont know if it was driver mistake or location. Rest ! Nice spacious room and bathroom . "

"We loved the location, as it was several blocks from both the train and monorail. There was exceptional communication from Linor. The listing wasn’t clear that there were three separate apartments, each had one bedroom. The middle and third apartment struggled to get hot water, and was the smallest. A large built on shelf fell off the wall when we put carry-ons onto it. The third apartment was the largest followed by the first (from left to right at the top of the stairs). All of the apartments had all appliances, and necessities you would need. They were all exceptionally clean and safe! The apts are on the 4th floor with and elevator, but you have another flight once you are off the elevator."
