Fun fact: 100+ year-old reclaimed barn wood was used for trim to bring in some old-world character.
And when you’re ready to get active, head to our brand-new pickleball court!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Cozy little place! Very clean. Loved seeing the horses in the field across from the property. They have a little market in the neighborhood with homemade icecream. Reminded me of Little House on the Prairie days! It was amazing!
We asked if we could get an air mattress and they brought us a brand new one within 20 minutes. Very quick to respond to any questions we had. Wife and kids really enjoyed playing pickle ball instead of staring at screens.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this tiny home. It was beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable, and had all the supplies I needed for my brief stay. The location of the home was close to Magnolia Market. The host was in touch throughout the process and made checking in and out a breeze. I will definitely stay here again.
This was the perfect stay for our mother daughter vacation. The listing is perfect and we got exactly what we were expecting. Nestled just a few miles from everywhere we were going and yet very peaceful. It was beautiful and clean and there was more than enough room for my daughter and I. Check in, check out and contacting the host was so easy. We did not have to contact the host very much as they anticipated our needs and had extra sheets, blankets and toiletries. Thank you so much for our stay we will defiantly be back if we are in Waco again. We have already recommend!!
My husband and I spent a night at one of the units they had and it was such a cool experience. It was our first time staying in a container home and the accommodation was fabulous. Everything was clean and they provided a lot of travel size stuff for the bathrooms. It had everything we needed for a quick weekend getaway. One minor con that we had was that there were 4-5 flies in the container and it was quite the hassle to get rid of them. Other than that, we would definitely come back again!
Staying here feels like a slice of heaven. Very quite and peaceful while feel completely comfy and at home. Enjoy a cup of coffee while sitting on the rooftop and relaxing. We’re beyond happy with our stay and hope to visit again
First time in a tiny home and it exceeded all of our expectations! From cleanliness to thoughtful amenities and beautiful decor, not to mention peaceful surroundings… we will definitely be back. Highly recommend!
It was such a beautiful place to wake up to and sit on the roof and drink a cup of coffee! Even on a cold morning it warms the heart! Horses in the fields and lots of birds and other wildlife! 🤩🤠
I’ve been eyeing this property for awhile and finally had the opportunity to book for a quick visit. Our unit was just as promised! Fun, stylish decor. Super clean! All the comforts of home in a little tiny package.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the container home. It is right across the field from the Heritage Homestead which was incredible. It was a lovely get away.
This home was a cozy experience and didn’t lack anything. Clean and nicely decorated. The owners were very responsive and communicated every detail. I was flustered driving in rain and kept going around trying to locate which house and I couldn’t locate email with info on house number and decided to send a text asking and they responded in seconds with house number just as I pulled up to the home...perfect timing!
This was my second time staying in one of these cargo homes in two months, and my mother’s first time. It’s a great place to relax and escape from the rest of the world.
This is our second time here we enjoyed ourselves. Although it rained most of the time it was still an enjoyable experience. Love sitting out on the rooftop in the early mornings very peaceful environment. We will return soon.
