Pros - The front staff at the desk could NOT HAVE BEEN NICER! They were friendly, polite and helpful. Cons - The property was NOT CLEAN at all. The Air Conditioner in the room did not work. The carpet was "sticky", there was so much dust in the room on the tables/desk etc., we had to clean the surfaces before putting anything down, and there was NO WATER in morning. Because of the Air Conditioner issues, a credit was made to our room, which was greatly appreciated.

The staff were fine and some were very cheery. The breakfast was hot and good. We did not feel very safe as someone walked into a room about 1:00 a.m. with a key. The colors were dark and the lighting was dim. The air conditioning was leaking and there were some wires hanging out of it. It didn't look real safe. And it did have a musty odor.

Best hotel stay we’ve had in a very long time! Everyone was extremely help and friendly from front desk staff to maids to breakfast personnel. We were stranded while traveling home due to an accident on the highway and everyone did everything they could to help us out. Can’t say enough good things about them all!
