The Inn on Austin Avenue is a historic home built in 1912 that sits on lovely Austin Avenue. It has been fully restored and is one of the most beautiful historic homes in Waco. It has three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, two living rooms, a kitchen and indoor and outdoor dining areas. The large great room with a 72 inch TV perfect for watching movies or your favorite sporting event. We follow VRBO's enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed using CDC guidelines. We sanitize surfaces, use approved cleaners and disinfectants, clean and disinfect each room between guests and provide extra cleaning supplies so that you can clean as you stay. The home is truly a beautiful piece of Waco history. Come stay with us!

Rules

Please do not park in the carport on the side of the house. It was built for a horse and carriage and is very narrow.
Please park in the backyard parking lot of the Inn and enter through the side or front door.
At the end of your stay, put all sheets, towels in front of the washing machine and take your trash outside to the binds.
