Room smelled horrible. The air conditioning sounded like a space ship was taking off. Stayed the weekend and housekeeping never came. Our kitchen sink clogged and we never used it. Tv in our room didn’t work.

The room was nice enough. I could hear guests in the room next door through the walls in the evening and you could hear highway noise. It made it hard to go to sleep. The bedroom blind did not go all the way down. I had to put a folded sheet at the bottom to block out the remaining light. The drawer next to the fridge woud not stay closed. The pull out sofa was covered in dirt on top of the mattress protector. The hair dryer in the bathroom did not work. Overall, the hotel was well maintained and a fair deal for the price.

After a long day of traveling, was ready to shower and go to bed. We arrived after the office was closed. Went to our room and everything appeared to be in great condition and clean at first glance. Pulled the covers back and it was very obvious the sheets had BOT been changed. A perfect body and butt print was in the sheets and they were wrinkled and obviously slept in. Pillows had dirt and what appeared to be makeup or oil on them. Floors were FILTHY!!! Brought the issue up to the on site host the following day after someone arrived. Was moved to another room. Everything appeared clean and in much better condition. Went to take a shower and the shower floor was nasty. I would not recommend this hotel due to lack of cleanliness. It is overpriced for the service offered. Will not stay again.

Ich habe die Unterkunft zwei Wochen vor meiner Anreise kontaktiert, da sie ein spätes Check-in anbietet und ich wusste, dass ich nicht rechtzeitig ankommen werde. Ein Herr teilte mir mit, dass mir am Tag vor meiner Ankunft ein Code für eine Lockbox zugeschickt werden würde. Dies geschah erst am darauffolgenden Tag. Somit wäre ich ohne die Hilfe meiner Freunde aufgeschmissen gewesen. Am nächsten Tag funktionierte meine Zimmerkarte nicht und die Dame am Tresen half nur widerwillig. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, jedoch gab es im Badezimmer Ameisen. Das Putzpersonal kam nur einmal die Woche und hat während meines dreiwöchigen Aufenthalts kein einziges Mal die Küche geputzt oder Seife nachgefüllt. Zudem haben sie jedes Mal das Thermostat runtergedreht weswegen es bei meiner Rückkehr eiskalt war. Außerdem läutete das Telefon mehrmals um 5 Uhr in der Früh und man konnte den Lärm von den Nachbarräumen hören.
