"Definitely avoid eating at the restaurant here! The food was subpar but very expensive and the service was slow. The breakfast is good and worth the price but eat elsewhere for dinner- unfortunately there aren’t many options nearby so that’s how they get you. Hotel itself was clean and the airport shuttle was very convenient. Shuttle pick up was only every 40 minutes as they have to stop at the two other ibis hotels on the way, but it was on time and reliable. Easy check out was also nice."

"We had a very nice stay at the hotel and I would absolutely recommend it. It is located in an ideal spot in the city close to the train station and most tourist attractions with Depot and Sonnevelde House literally next door. The staff were extremely helpful when we had a few requests and were a credit to the hotel. My only small gripe is that there aren’t enough staff on at breakfast so certain options would run out quite often. The staff were rushed off their feet and still extremely helpful but they need more help. Overall I highly recommend the hotel and would definitely stay again if we visit Rotterdam."
