"Excellent location right next to the cable car station, Woolworth and MacDonald. Room was nice and clean. To find the right lift was like finding orientation bin a maze. Parking was like a nightmare with very tricky access behind the building and super narrow driveway but at least it was safe and secure."

"Room was well presented and quiet but the air conditioning / heating was noisy. If you turned it off it got cold and there’s no blankets in the rooms. The pool is a bit disappointing there’s no lights in the pool and nowhere to sit if you’re not going in the pool. Room was well presented with everything you need. Breakfast was average at best and apart from the view I’d go elsewhere to one of the cafes. Staff were all very helpful"

"Interactions with Reception were always slow and transactional, going through the motions like robots. Older decor throughout but room was spacious, clean and comfortable and enjoyed the 11am checkout time. Would stay again if price was right"

"Lovely staff. Great location. Comfy beds. Not noisy. Really enjoyed it. Property could do with a fresh coat of paint. But besides from superficial stuff the real point is, its a great place to stay. Will be back. August cafe 5 min walk worth visit."
