"Rustic old barn on side, lovely comfortable accommidation on the other side of the barn. Set on a Dairy Farm nice view of the nearby hills. A river runs through the property. Great place to take your dog. A little walk took us to some friendly Camels. Nice Spa bath for relaxtion. Nice breakfast ingredients were provided. Bernie was a friendly host. Late check out was lovely."

"I met the owner/manager after accidentally clipping a wall with a ladder on my roof as I arrived. He was very nice about it and when I had sort out the broken ladder he gave me a better room than I had asked for. Very nice man an room. It's a great place to stop by if you are passing Morwell"

"Room very clean. Parking - lines need to be remarked so that guests are able to park correctly in their parking space. Stayed for 4 nights - room was serviced each morning. The rooms are spacious."
