"Breakfast spread is really good and they even had complimentary foot massages. The rooms and the property were clean and the staff was polite and helpful. The only downside I had were the beds, a tad bit uncomfortable, but everything else was good."

"The hotel behind Saifee Hospital. A side entrance a bit difficult to locate. No elevators..one has to climb 2sets of stairs/2x21=42 straight steps!!! Few rooms smelled high humidity.. the whole inside walls was tiled with what looks like rcream bricks and outline done with green marble. Positive: Great location near shops, train station, walkable to Central Mumbai area, good big bed deluxe big room, clean. Negative: They don't provide toilet paper ! noisy employees all night in the corridor...

"This hotel is an old hotel that could use an update. With that being said it was quite comfortable to stay in. The room was clean and in a great location. The staff was very good and the young lady who was the concierge was exceptional. She helped set up a tour for us when our hired guide did not show. "
