Every step of the reservation process was straightforward and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable and priced at a very reasonable rate. There was ample parking and the location was close to Rossmoor, where we were visiting family. Access to freeway and nice shopping area was convenient. Our only slightly negative comment is that the air conditioner was loud, with a blower than seemed too powerful even when on the low setting. This was not a problem for me, but my husband was a bit annoyed by the noise.

Very friendly staff with excellent customer service. Great location for enjoying downtown Walnut Creek, shopping, dining, etc. Clean and comfortable room for a single traveler. Awesome shower head with lots of pressure! I appreciated the ease of parking, access to room, etc. Would have preferred front desk and lobby offered coffee instead of a full-size Mr. Coffee in my room. I didn't feel like wasting an entire pot of coffee when I just needed one cup.

The rooms were really clean and the staff very helpful and accommodating but the three adjacent freeways were extremely noisy all night and day. The front desk will provide ear plugs upon request.

The main issue with the property was the bed. The bed obviously was significantly old. As it noisy with every movement, easy gave in when I sat on it, and generally was uncomfortable. The room had a stale smell when you walked in. The staff was exceptional. It would serve this inn well to get new beds.
