"I was very disappointed with this stay, especially considering the nearly $300 price tag for a single night. The hotel is currently under construction and, unfortunately, it shows. There was dust throughout the property, and check-in has been moved to the back of the building through a dark, uninviting hallway. When I asked about it, the front desk staff said it has been this way for about two years. The room itself had several issues. The internet service was poor, and the TV system did not function properly. Despite advertising smart TV capabilities, none of the streaming or smart features were accessible, and even basic TV navigation was difficult. The pool area was also disappointing. It was not well maintained, and the towel station was overflowing with dirty towels while clean towels were unavailable until we requested they be restocked. Additionally, the pool room door was frequently propped open, allowing people to come and go freely. This made the area feel less secure and less private for families. This used to be one of our preferred places to stay when traveling through the area, but the quality has declined significantly. Given the condition of the property and the amenities that were unavailable or not functioning, I do not feel the experience justified the cost."

"Staff was terrible! don’t even know her name but was so blatantly rude and the hotel being a extended stay and i was booked for 1 night. as well as the hotel being part of a sober living partner. i showed her my booking because it said NOWHERE it was an extended stay nor a partner to sober living. Her service was beyond terrible. Maybe she was having a hard day but would never recommend this place. The door didn’t latch unless i threw my body weight into it. and the place smelled like burnt cat pee. I didn’t even stay my one night stay i went to other hotel. I didn’t even fight for my money back because I was aware i booked a nonrefundable room. But i felt physically sick within 20 minutes of being in my room and left. Would definitely not recommend to the next person based off staff interaction and quality of hotel. Also remember it’s an extended stay."

"Every staff member we interacted with was fantastic and the breakfast was standard, but delicious. It was place that had seen better days, but was clean. My only issue was the AC unit had a loud rattling sound. However, we didn't give them a chance to do anything about it because we got there just before midnight and by the time the AC kicked on, we were in bed and I was not about to get dressed to have to change rooms if there was one available. The noise wasn't that bad, just annoying. I would absolutely say the highlight of this place was certainly the friendly staff!"

"I was in town to attend a graduation ceremony and needed two things from my hotel: a decent night’s sleep and a decent breakfast. Unfortunately, the room had very thin walls. I woke up at 5:30 a.m. to noise from nearby guests—their alarm, packing, moving around, and closing their door. I tried to go back to sleep, but a few minutes later I could hear them loading their car outside as if I were standing next to them in the parking lot. Breakfast was also disappointing: dry eggs, bacon sitting in oil, very sugary yogurt, sugary orange juice, and mediocre coffee. To be fair, the room itself was clean, and the staff members I encountered were friendly. But given the noise and the breakfast, it wasn’t a good fit for me."

"The room "appeared" clean at first...then we started to notice little things like a dirty wash cloth, then when we went to the bed and pulled back the covers, there was hair, crumbs, mud, and blood looking spots underneath. The manager was kind enough to comp our room but I just don't understand how this happened. We used to love extended stays."

"Staff was amazing, so kind, and always helpful! Ice machine only worked a couple days of the stay but the staff were very helpful and prompt at trying to get it fixed. Room is the basics, but what you need, and they do have a microwave near the vending machines in the office you can use to heat food."
